2021 International Property Maintenance Code – ICC IPMC-2021 –

Scope:
The 2021 IPMC® establishes minimum requirements for the maintenance of existing buildings and premises, including structural integrity, sanitation, ventilation, egress, pest control, and fire safety. It applies to residential and nonresidential properties, with provisions intended to protect public health, safety, and welfare through enforceable property maintenance standards.
