As human beings, we are creatures of habit, both good and bad. We all have hundreds of patterns that we engage in daily, from mundane tasks like taking a shower or watching a particular TV show, to getting ready for work.
Whether we’re aware of it or not, habits play a major role in our lives. They come in various forms, such as routines, rituals, or behaviors, and are part of our daily existence.
Habits can be categorized into three areas. The first area includes habits that have become so deeply ingrained in our lives that we don’t even notice them anymore, such as brushing our teeth or tying our shoelaces.
