We sell downloadable digital products only, such as eBooks, software, and other media. No physical goods are offered or shipped.

All sales are final. Once a download is initiated, the purchase is considered complete and non-refundable.

Defective Downloads

If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your purchased file (e.g., incomplete or corrupted download), contact us at support@casresource.com within 7 days of purchase. Once the issue is confirmed, we’ll provide a new download link or alternate delivery method to ensure access to the original file.

Price Match Guarantee

If you find the same digital product offered at a lower price by another authorized store within 60 days of your purchase, we’ll refund you the difference. To request a price adjustment, contact us at support@casresource.com with your order number and a link or proof of the lower advertised price.

The competing offer must be publicly available and identical in product and format. This offer excludes listings from auction sites, resale marketplaces, unauthorized sellers, or bundled/promotional pricing.
