This policy explains what you need to know before completing a purchase.

Digital Products

All sales are final after you start downloading. Because digital products provide immediate access, they cannot be returned or refunded. Our system records the date, time, and IP address of each download to confirm access and deter fraud. Please review product details carefully before purchase.

Access Issues

If a digital product cannot be used due to a technical problem (such as incomplete, corrupted, or unusable files), contact support@casresource.com within 7 days of purchase. Once verified, we will provide a replacement file or alternate delivery method to ensure access.

Physical and Other Eligible Products

Non-digital products may be returned under our standard policy. Returns must generally be initiated within 30 days of receipt, with items unused and in original condition. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

Exclusions

Some other products are non-returnable, including clearance or final-sale goods and gift cards.
